1/4 cup	Wine
1/2 lb	Pepperoni, diced
2 x	Lemons, juice of
2 tbl	Prepared mustard
4 x	Cloves garlic, minced
2 x	Bay leaves

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all marinade ingredients. Add meat and marinate 72 hours, turning occasionally. Skewer and grill meat, basting with marinade.
