Instructions: Pre heat oven to 375 degrees. Salt and pepper room temperature roast after rubbing down meat with soy sauce. Place meat on rack in shallow pan. Roast 1 hour at 375 degrees. Turn off oven. DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR. Allow 3 hours in oven to complete coking time (a little longer wont matter). About 20 minutes before meal time, turn oven to 300 degrees to warm roast. Works with any size or type of roast.
