Instructions: Warm the oil in a skillet. Add rice, and brown it for 10 to 15 minutes over medium heat.
Cut the onion into slices or wedges, and put them into the skillet while the rice is browning. Add pepper, chili powder, and garlic salt, mixing it thoroughly.
