1 pkt Cheemo Potato & Cheese perogies 48, bite-sized
2 cup Fresh broccoli flowerets
1 med Onion chopped
1 med Zucchini sliced
1 sm Red or green bell pepper chopped
1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
1 med Tomato diced
Instructions:
Instructions: * Or 2 bottles Kraft Classic Twist Parmesan Italian Dressing

Cook the perogies according to package directions, drain. Sprinkle a small amount of dressing into a 9"x12" pan. Add a layer of Perogies. Sprinkle on some of the vegetables and more dressing. Add another layer of Perogies, vegetables and finish with the remaining salad dressing.

Marinate 4 hours or until well chilled in the fridge. Add the diced tomatoes, sprinkle with the cheese and serve.

Note: Add crumbled Feta and/or coarse grated Romano for a great taste boost.. and some Cracked or Coarse grated black pepper.
