Instructions: Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Stir in lemon juice and cold water. Let stand until syrupy, then stir in persimmon pulp, almonds and orange. Spoon into an oiled 4 cup mold or 6 individual molds. Chill thoroughly. Unmold on salad greens. Serve topped with sour cream, if desired.
