Amount Ingredient
1/2 cup Matzo cake meal
6 tbl Potato starch
3/4 cup Sugar
1 pkt Vanilla sugar, or 1 tsp vanilla ext
1/4 cup Cocoa
2 tsp Baking powder, Pesach type
1 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt
2/3 cup Nonfat yogurt
2/3 cup Skim milk
1 x Egg, or 2 egg whites
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients.. Mix togetherjust until combined.

Add chocolate chips. Place in nonstick or oiled muffin tins Bake aout 15 minutes at 400F.
