Instructions: 1. Put the cinnamon sticks, cloves and nutmeg in a grinder. Add all the other ingredients and mix in a large bowl. Fill the linen sachet with the mixture and secure.

2. To make little spice bags simply put a small amount of mixture in centre of handkerchief and tie up. Decorate with ribbon.
