Instructions: Melt chocolate in top of double boiler or in the microwave. Set aside.

Combine sugar, half and half, and salt. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Add chocolate, stirring until well mixed.

Transfer to an ice cream machine and freeze according to manufacturers instructions.
