Instructions: In bowl, combine cream cheese, scallions and horseradish. Spread about 2 tablespoons over tortilla. Place 2 ounces roasted beef on top. Top roast beef with 1/4 each peppers, carrot and greens. Roll up; cut in half diagonally.
