Instructions: Mix preceding ingredients thoroughly. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Take from refrigerator and knead and mix well. Return to refrigerator for another 24 hours.
Remove from refrigerator; knead and shape into rolls, 2x10 inches. Wrap meat in foil for baking; pierce underneath side of foil so moisture can escape. Place on rack in baking pan. Bake for 10-12 hours at 150 degrees. This meat should not cook or sizzle. Refrigerate or can be frozen when cooked. Slice thin and serve as an appetizer with crackers. Email this Recipe:
