7 oz Coconut
1 cup Raisins
1 cup Walnuts
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
Icing
1/4 lb Butter
8 oz Cream cheese
1/2 lb Powdered sugar

Instructions: CAKE Mix 2 minutes. Bake 350 degrees 35 - 45 minutes (until toothpick in center pulls out clean) WALT
