Recipe for Phyllo Spinach Cheese Squares

4 x	layers phyllo pastry (4 to 6) each layer brushed with melted butter

1 ct	ricotta cheese 500 ml (2 cups)
1 pkt	frozen spinach thawed
2 x	eggs
	salt and pepper to taste
4 x	cloves garlic crushed (4 to 6)

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix together and spread over the phyllo pastry. May freeze now or bake at 350 (325 for a glass dish) for 30 min until browned. May freeze after baking also. Cut into squares. Serve hot.
