1/2 tsp Garlic salt
1/2 tsp Cumin,ground
1/2 tsp Black pepper,coarse
3/4 cup Rice,long-grain
1 can Corn,whole-kernel(8oz)
1 can Black olives,ripe(2 1/2oz)
1 cup Cherry tomatoes,halved
1/4 cup Red onion rings,sliced
2 tbl Cilantro,chopped
1/2 x Lettuce hd,iceberg,shredded
----------------- PICANTE DRESSING ----------------
1/3 cup Picante sauce
1/4 cup Italian dressing
Instructions:
Instructions: Picante Dressing: Place picante sauce, Italian dressing and lime juice in jar with tight-fitting cover. Shake well.
