Instructions: Place salmon in medium bowl. Remove skin and bones, mash with fork. Add onions, celery, bread crumbs, picante sauce, egg, and cheese. Mix well. Shape to form six 4-inch patties. Coat large non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat. Add patties and cook turning once, about 5 minutes on each side or until well browned. Serve patties on buns with lettuce and tomato, if desired.
Crystal Says: This recipe is good for a couple of reasons. Besides tasting good, if you are on a tight budget a particular week or need a quick meal this is always top on my list. Served with a salad in the summer or soup in the winter, dinner is on the table within 30 minutes. Email this Recipe:
