1/2 cup Orange juice
1/2 x Banana
Instructions:
Instructions: Put ingredients in blender. Blend well. Drink for 7 to 10 days in morning for breakfast with whole grain toast. Should feel better in 3 to 5 days.

Can be taken twice a day if you are really wiped out!
