Instructions: Wash and dry the cherries and pack into glass jars.
Bring remaining ingredients to the boil and pour over the cherries, cover and seal the jars. Leave for 4 weeks before eating. These go well with cold meats. Keeps for 3-4 months. Ensure storage jars are well sterilised. Email this Recipe:
