4 whl Peaches, ripe but firm peeled and seeded
1 cup Water
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Bourbon
1/2 cup Cider vinegar
1 x Cinnamon stick
2 x Chipotle peppers
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients and boil for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and refrigerate overnight.
