1 doz red sweet peppers
4 cup distilled white vinegar
Instructions:
Instructions: Wash and seed peppers and cut into 1/2-inch strips. Boil vinegar and sugar together for 5 minutes. Pack peppers into hot clean jars, add boiling vinegar solution to within 1/2-inch of the top of the jar. Seal. Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.

Comments: You can vary the peppers and use a mixture of red, green, yellow.
