Instructions: Boil shrimp 3 minutes or until pink. Drain and chill. Combine shrimp, onions, artichokes, and olives (in medium glass container).
Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, celery seed, garlic and capers; pour over shrimp mixture. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally. Serve over lettuce. Serves 8 to 10 Email this Recipe:
