Instructions: Soak squah and 1 cup salt with enouth water to cover squash for 3 hours.
Drain squash, add sugar, vinegar, and spices. Bring to a rolling boil, set off heat. Add peppers, onions and pimientoes, put back on heat, bring to a boil again. Put in jars and seal. Email this Recipe:
