1/2 lb Chopped zucchini
4 x Tomatoes, chopped
1 pkt (16 oz) frozen peas, thawed and drained
1 x Green bell pepper, chopped
1 x Yellow bell pepper, chopped
2 cup Diced cooked chicken (or ham)
3/4 cup Bottled Italian dressing

Instructions: That I have prepared, and I recommend them for any picnic, church luncheon, or just a quick and light supper.)

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss to mix well. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Drain and serve on lettuce.
