1 med avocado chopped
1 med tomato chopped
3 x green onions chopped
1 x jalepeno pepper finely chopped
2 tbl chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbl fresh lemon juice
1 tbl canola oil
(or other vegetable oil)
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate 1 hour for flavors to blend.

This recipe yields 2 servings.

Comments: Look for pebbly skinned Haas avocados: their flavor is richer and their texture creamier.
