1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut 1/4" strips
2 can chicken gravy - (12 oz ea)
1 pkt frozen potato pierogis - (16 oz) thawed
1 pkt frozen mixed vegetables - (10 oz)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a 9- by 13-inch baking dish, combine all ingredients except the French-fried onions; stir gently until well combined. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 50 minutes.

Remove from the oven, uncover, and top with French-fried onions. Bake for 5 more minutes, uncovered, or until onions are golden brown.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
