Instructions: This is a fast and easy recipe to do. The amounts are not precise because I just put it together. Determine how many little smokie sausages you will need for the number of people you will have to serve.
Then decide the number of cans of croissants you will need. Remember: You cut the croissants into strips to wrap around the sausages. Decide if you want cheese wrapped in with the sausage. Put together this way: Place sausage and cheese on croissant and wrap well. Preheat oven to 400*. Bake the pigs until the blankets are a nice golden brown. These are good reheated also.
