Instructions: Slice a thin slice from the top of each baked potato. Scoop out pulp from each potato and place into a bowl with Parkay buttery spray, Salt, Milk, and paprika. Beat until fluffy. Refill potato shells with the beaten mixture. Divide cocktail sausages into 8 portions and place into each potato.
Bake in a 350 degree oven until potatoes are brown and sausages are cooked about 15 min. Serves 8 at 5 points each Email this Recipe:
