2 x Bell peppers, green
1 lb Tomatoes, peeled and de-seeded
Onion
Parsley, chopped
Thyme
Salt
Pepper
Vinegar
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut the Presskopf and bell peppers in slices, cube the tomatoes and mix both with the onion cubes, chopped parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil and garnish with parsley.
