2 tbl	Oil
2 tbl	Apple cider vinegar
1 tbl	Sugar
1/2 tsp	Salt
1/8 tsp	Black pepper
	pn Garlic powder
1 lb	Firm tofu, crumbled
3 tbl	Sweet pickle relish

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine first 7 ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Combine in bowl with remaining ingredients. Best if refrigerated overnight.
