2/3 cup canned crushed pineapple in juice
3 tbl rum
3/4 cup warm water (110 degrees)
2 tbl butter or margarine softened
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup shredded coconut toasted
2 tbl white sugar
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Place all ingredients in bread pan in order suggested by the machines manufacturer. Select sweet or quick bread baking cycle This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.

Yield: 1 loaf
