Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare the cake batter according to package directions. Add the remaining ingredients to the batter and mix for 1 minute. (Do not over-mix.)

Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden. Let cool on wire racks. Serve.

YIELD: 24 MUFFINS
