Instructions: The fastest breakfast thats great on the road in summer: Freeze 1 8-oz. can crushed pineapple. Take it out to thaw for 20 min. or while you shower. Mix in the blender with 6-8 oz. sugar free pina colada yogurt and a drizzle of pineapple juice until desired consistency. If you time it just right, it will come out tasting like a frozen desert.
