Ingredients:

3 x Long eggplant
2 x Bitter melon OR
3/4 lb Frozen okra
2 med size tomatoes
2 x Cloves garlic
1 tsp Bagoong sauce
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Shrimp or small dried fish
Instructions:
Instructions: Wash and slice vegetables. Remove seeds from bitter melon. Cut all vegetables into 2 inch pieces. Mix garlic, bagoong sauce, water, sliced tomates, and shrimp in deep pot. Add melon first, then eggplant, cover and simmer until eggplant is cooked, 5 to 8 minutes.

Okra may be added. After vegetables are cooked, they may be marinated in thin mayonaise for 15 minutes before serving.
