Instructions: In a large soup pot, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is brown and onion is tender, stirring occasionally; drain. Add tomatoes, water, kidney beans, corn, tomato sauce and chili powder; mix well. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
