3 cup miniature marshmallows
20 oz canned crushed pineapple drained (in own juice)
20 oz canned pineapple chunks in juice drained (or tidbits)
11 oz water-packed mandarin oranges drained
1 cup fat-free plain or tropical-flavored yogurt
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large bowl, gently combine the marshmallows, crushed pineapple, pineapple chunks or tidbits, oranges, yogurt and coconut. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.

Makes 10 side-dish servings.

NOTES : Leftover ambrosia keeps well in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

If you like, you can also serve this as a light dessert.
