Instructions: Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Cut in 2 tablespoons butter. Add milk and stir quickly. Roll 1/4 inch thick, spread with apple and pineapple, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and dot with remaining butter. Roll like jelly roll and cut into 1-inch slices. Bake in hot oven (425 degrees F) for about 15 minutes. Serve with butter or as dessert with whipped crea m.

Makes 6 to 8 pinwheels.
