2 cup	Crushed pineapple
3 cup	Mashed bananas, (no brown spots)
1/2 cup	Sugar

Instructions:

Instructions: 1. Follow directions for jam when using either Certo or Sure Jell.

2. Stir and skim alternately for about 5 minutes.

3. Pour into sterilized glasses.

4. Top with hot parafin.

YIELD: Approzimately 10 to 11 8-ounce jars.
