1 can Crushed pineapple in juice
2 cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Brown sugar
2 tsp Baking soda
1 cup Walnuts -- chopped
----------------- FROSTING: ----------------
1 pkt Cream cheese -- 3 oz
1/4 cup Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
2 cup Powdered sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all cake ingredients and pour into an ungreased, 13x9 inch Pyrex pan. Bake at 350^ for 45-50 minutes. Combine frosting ingredients and spread on cooled pineapple cake.
