3/4 cup	Sugar
1 x	Egg
1 cup	Crushed pineapple
1 tsp	Vanilla
2 cup	Flour
3 tsp	Baking powder
1/4 tsp	Salt
1/2 cup	Grated cheddar cheese

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix ingredients in the order given. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 mins. or until toothpick comes out clean.
