Instructions: *Drained and cut in half. Spread Quick Coffee Cake batter into a 9 by 9 by 2-inch pan, bottom rubbed with shortening. Make topping by combining flour, sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Spread pineapple over batter. Sprinkle topping over pineapple. Bake in a 400 F. oven about 25 minutes.
