Recipe for Pineapple Cream Cheese Pie

1/3 cup	sugar
8 oz	crushed pineapple in juice
1 tbl	cornstarch (cook until thick) (cool and set aside)
8 oz	cream cheese
1/2 cup	sugar
1 tsp	salt
2 x	eggs
1/2 tsp	vanilla extract
1/2 cup	milk
1/4 cup	pecans chopped/opt

Instructions:

Instructions: Beat cream cheese, sugar and salt until smooth - add eggs one at a time and beat. Blend in milk and vanilla (if it looks curdled - dont worry). Spread cooled pineapple over bottom of piecrust - pour cream cheese mixture over the pineapple mixture and sprinkle with nuts (I dont use them).
