Instructions: Mix syrup & cornflour in a heavy pan. Cook on low heat, stirring continuously, till mixture turns transparent, and coats the back of a spoon.
Add pineapple bits, essence and stir. Serve warm. Variations: Use canned litchies, mixed fruit, cherries etc. instead of grapes. Change the flour of the custard powder respectively. Use few drops colour where desired. Email this Recipe:
