Instructions: Drain 8 pineapple spears well on paper towels. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Spread each with about a teaspoon of mustard. Wrap ham and cheese around pineapple spears. Place each roll at widest part of crescents and roll up. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden.
