Instructions: Bring pineapple to a boil and add 2 boxes of Jello, removing from heat.

Add cream cheese; melt this into Jello mixture. Add 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Cool this until chilled. Whip one 1/2 pint of whipping cream stiff. Add this cream to cold Jello mixture and pour into a serving dish.

Put into refrigerator until firm.
