1 x - 9 inch pie shell
3 x eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup dark corn syrup
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp rum extract
1 x 8-oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
Instructions:
Instructions: Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and continue beating. Add corn syrup, flour, rum extract, pineapple and nuts. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until firm. Allow to cool before serving.
