Instructions: 1. Stir the chopped herbs into the pineapple juice and chill for several hours.
2. When ready to serve, strain and stir in the mineral water. 3. Add a dash of bitters. 4. Serve each helping with a measure of vodka if desired, a couple of Floral Ice Cubes and a marjoram flower floating on the top. NOTES : If you want to serve a cocktail with a difference, try this one for style. The aroma of fresh marjoram - joy of the mountains to the ancient Greeks - and the base of fresh pineapple juice, are wonderful together.
