Instructions: Combine water, sugar, and grated lemon peel in a small saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil; remove from heat, and let cool to room temperature.

Combine orange juice concentrate and pineapple juice with cooled sugar water mixture. Transfer to ice cream machine and process according to manufacturers directions.
