Instructions: Drain the pineapple slices, reserving 2 tablespoons of the juice.
In a 2-cup microwave-safe measuring cup, combine the brown sugar, cornstarch, orange juice, and reserved pineapple juice. Microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens, stirring once halfway through cooking. Arrange pineapple slices in an overlapping ring on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes or until hot. To serve, place 2 warm pineapple slices on each of 2 dessert plates. Spoon warm sauce over pineapple.
