1/4 cup	pineapple juice
1/4 cup	soy sauce
2 tbl	light brown sugar

Instructions:

Instructions: In a small microwaveable bowl, combine all the ingredients, mix well. Microwave on HIGH for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes, or until thickened.

This recipe yields 1/2 cup.

Comments: Grill your favorite meat then brush with this glaze during the last 5 minutes of grilling. Drizzle any remaining glaze over the cooked meat just before serving.

Yield: 1/2 cup
