Instructions: Preheat oven to appropriate temperature according to cake mix instructions.
Lightly spray pan with cooking spray. Open can of crushed pineapple and drain as much liquid off as possible. Dump drained pineapple into pan, distributing evenly on bottom of pan. Open 2 ENVELOPES of Liquid Butter Buds and sprinkle generously all over the crushed pineapple. Crumble/sprinkle brown sugar evenly and generously all over the pineapple dry butter buds. Prepare the cake mix according to instructions with the following substitutions: Use egg substitute equivalent to the number of eggs used. Use applesauce equivalent to the amount of oil. Add 1 envelope of the dry Liquid Butter Buds to the cake mix. Cook according to package instructions: cool and flip carefully and voila!! Easy and the butter buds gives it that buttery flavor with out the GREASE!! Email this Recipe:
