1/2 gal WATER, HOT
12 lb ICE
3 x LEMON FRESH
3 gal JUICE, PINEAPPLE #3
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. DISSOLVE SUGAR IN WATER. COOL.

2. ADD LEMON AND PINEAPPLE JUICES AND WATER TO SUGAR SOLUTION. MIX THOROUGHLY. COVER AND REFRIGERATE.

3. ADD ICE JUST BEFORE SERVING.

** ALL NOTES ARE PER 100 PORTIONS.

NOTE:

1. IN STEP 2, 12 OZ LEMONS A.P. (3 LEMONS) WILL YIELD 1/2 CUP JUICE.

NOTE:

2. IN STEP 2, 2 TBSP FROZEN CONCENTRATED LEMON JUICE AND 6 TBSP COLD WATER MAY BE USED.
