Instructions: In a medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir marshmallows into the melting butter. Let them soften but not melt completely. Add the gelatin. Stir until butter-marshmallow mixture is evenly colored. Gelatin does not have to be dissolved. Drizzle over popcorn & mix well.
